The official 2024 Tokyo Acro Fest is a one-day event, held on June 15. However, we are also organizing the following Sunday Jam event for the following day, on June 16.

*Please understand that although we expect to hold this jam as planned, there may be unavoidable circumstances which force us to make late changes to the plan, including location, time, etc. Therefore, we please ask that you consider the jam event as an extra “after-event jam”, rather than part of the main festival.

– MAIN PLAN (if weather is okay) –

• Location: Shinjuku Gyoen National Park (*see location details below)
• Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Cost: Entrance to the park is 500 yen. The jam is free!
• What to Bring: yoga mat, water, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, umbrella (if rain is possible), snacks, water, drinks, etc.

– BACKUP PLAN (in case of rain) –

In case of rain, we are tentatively planning to gather at Shinjuku Sports Center.

Please note that the available space is for “general public use” and cannot be privately reserved. It is a large room with tatami floors, but the capacity is not as flexible as the park. Therefore, if it appears that Sunday will be rainy, we plan to confirm who intends to join the jam and adjust the plan if necessary.

• Room: 第一武道場 (“First Martial Arts Hall”)
• Time: 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM
• Cost: The fee to use the room is 400 yen, which you pay individually. The jam is free.
• How to enter: Enter through the main entrance and walk straight to the ticket machines. Buy a ticket for 第一武道場 (the adult ticket is labeled 大人). The room is on the third floor. There are changing rooms available.
