Participation & Attendance
Can I join even if I have no acroyoga experience?
Yes, we welcome all people who have any interest in acroyoga, regardless of experience or ability level. The event schedule will include open-level classes which will be accessible to participants with little or no experience. However, do not hesitate to try acroyoga in advance of the event by joining a lesson or checking out a local community.
Are there any age requirements for joining?
Adults (aged 18 years and older) may join without any limitations.
Regarding minors (aged 17 years and younger):
- must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and supervised at all times
- minors are not allowed to join classes
*Please note that we are unable to provide any specific facilities or services for young children or babies.
May I bring my children to the fest?
Yes, but there are some guidelines in order to maintain a safe event for all.

Can I bring a friend, even if they do not do acroyoga or join a class?
Anyone is welcome to join, but a ticket is required regardless of a person’s decision to participate or not in any particular classes or activities. Also, please note that this event is not intended as a spectator event and we encourage everyone to participate, even if they are new to acroyoga.
Are children allowed to attend the event?
Children may only attend the event if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, and are not allowed to participate in classes. In legal terms, a child, or “minor” is considered anyone under 18 years old. We are unable to provide any specific facilities or services for children. If you choose to bring your child, please do so at your own risk.
Location & Venue
Where is the venue?
The venue is located in Tokyo, Ota Ward. We will provide specific location details after completing the Registration Form. We apologize for being unable to provide the exact location here due to certain venue regulations. However, please note that you will be informed of the specific venue before any commitment to purchasing a ticket (completing the registration form does not require payment).
Does the venue have parking available.
Yes, underground parking is available at the venue.
The fee for cars is 100 yen / 30 minutes.
Motorcycles and bicycles are free.
Does the venue have high ceilings?
Yes! The ceilings are very high and will not pose any limitation.
Does the venue have padded floors or mats?
Yes! We are using a rental mat service to provide high-quality mats for all lesson and jam areas.
Are locker rooms available?
Yes! These are coin lockers which only require a 100 yen deposit (which will be returned when you are done using it).
Lunch, Food, Drinks
Will lunch be provided?
An optional Lunch Add-on will be available for ¥1500.

Are there any restaurants nearby the venue?
Yes, there are several restaurants around the nearest train station. The nearest casual dining (“family restaurant”) is about 400 meters from the venue.
Will water/drinks be provided?
Since the venue has water fountains and vending machines available, we are not providing water or drinks. However, please feel free to bring your own drinks.
Can I eat inside the venue?
Yes! We just ask that you be careful not to make a mess and respect the space.
What to Bring
Do we need to bring yoga mats?
The venue will have large, high quality puzzle mats mats set up. Therefore, it is not required to bring a yoga mat, but you may want to for personal preference, to avoid sweating on mats, etc. Note: there are no yoga mats rentals available.
So I need to bring my own lunch?

Do you have any other tips for what I should bring?
Here is a general list of things you may want to bring:
- Yoga mat for those who want to avoid sweating on a puzzle mat

Event Schedule & Activities
Can you tell me about the event schedule and activities?

For general information , please view the Event Info page.
General overview:
The morning will include check-in, a warm-up session, and choice of classes. During the lunch break you can stay at the venue and eat there, or eat somewhere else and come back freely.
In the afternoon, there will be two more class session times with several choices of lessons. There will also be some jam time included in the schedule.
In total, everyone will be able to enjoy a full day of acro learning and play! We have 15 teachers from around Japan offering various classes to choose from, and several other fun activities!

A Performance Party is scheduled for 6:30 – 7:30 PM. Let’s enjoy!

What kinds of classes will there be?
Information about specific classes will be released in mid-April, and you will be able to find it by visiting the Event Info page.
In general, we will offer several class times –– and for each class time, a choice of at least two different classes (open-level and intermediate/advanced). The class content will vary, but most classes will focus on L-base acroyoga.
Is anything happening on the next day (Sunday)?
The official 2024 Tokyo Acro Fest is a one-day event, held on June 15. However, we are also organizing a jam event for the following day, on June 16. Click here for details!
Registration & Tickets
I am unable to attend the full day, can I only join for part of the day?
Yes! In addition to a full day ticket, we also have options for morning-only and afternoon-only.
Can I purchase a one-class ticket?
Although we do not offer a specific ‘one-class ticket’ option, we do have three main ticket options: full day, morning-only, and afternoon-only.
Can I buy a ticket on the day of the event?
Yes, you can buy a drop-in ticket on the day of the event.
However, we recommend you purchase a ticket in advance to save a little money.
How much do tickets cost?

What kinds of payment methods are available for buying tickets?
Currently, payment options include bank transfer or PayPay.
However, if either option is not possible for you, please contact us and we will be happy to help you!

What should I do if I bought a ticket but I can no longer attend?
There are some options available, but please be careful about deadlines and procedures.
